“I'm amazed at how LCDR Victoria Reeve was so warm, relatable and genuine, even while presenting to over 1k Sailors in a gymnasium. Her talk definitely resonated with me, and I know it touched our Sailors in a meaningful way. She presented the training "we all dread" in a refreshing way that left me with a new perspective and renewed call to action to be a better person, shipmate, and leader. We need more leaders like her!”
— Command Master Chief Tony Corey, Navy Information Operations Command Hawaii
LCDR Reeve's presentation initially had me laughing at 'social acceptance' without thought and prejudice, in which I was wrong. It placed me right where I needed to be. Her facilitation helped me self-critique to be better... to do better. I thoroughly enjoyed the real-talk that was shared, the dialogue, and the videos were spot on! This experience helped me realign/reassess what is right and wrong with how I was living and what I was unknowingly allowing: alienation, tension, and an uncomfortable working environment. This talk is everyone, it's motivational and inspirational, to get us to treat people right with respect and dignity!
— Master Chief Landry Joseph, Senior Enlisted Leader, National Security Agency Hawaii

“I have worked closely with Victoria over the past several years in various roles. I have always been impressed with her leadership and professionalism. Her journey through the Navy to where she is today is inspiring. In fact, when I was facing a budding situation, with negative disturbing trends, within a workforce of roughly 700 mixed military and civilian personnel of various ages and backgrounds, I called upon Victoria to use her Culture of Excellence training to reset the tone of our workforce to the level of professionalism we needed. The feedback from the workforce was resoundingly positive. She took a potentially bad situation and capitalized on it to make the team better!”
— Captain Chris Eng, USN, Deputy Director for Intelligence and Information Operations, U.S. Pacific Fleet
“LCDR Reeve's presentation was a refreshing, interactive experience – quite different than traditional Navy training. She is an engaging, passionate speaker, able to relate her story not just back to her Navy career, but to all who serve in any capacity, including USNO’s majority civilian employee base. LCDR Reeve’s delivery hit home with our team and continues to have a lasting positive impact on the command.”
— Captain Dave Keuhn, USN, Superintendent / Commanding Officer, United States Naval Observatory
